Except with the written permission of bestorlandorealty.com you agree that you will not create links from any web site or web page to any page within the bestorlandorealty.com. bestorlandorealty.com offers you access solely for your personal and non-commercial uses. You promise that you will not use the bestorlandorealty.com in whole or in part, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use. If and when requested by bestorlandorealty.com you agree to provide true, accurate and complete user information and to refrain from impersonating or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity. You agree that you will not access or attempt to access password protected, secure or non-public area of the bestorlandorealty.com web site. Terms of Services

Billing:
            Billing is done on a prepay basis unless changed. You input billing information and manually submit payment. All payments show as Centrexity LLC.

Automatic Billing:
            Automatic billing has to be setup by the subscriber. Payment date is noted on your billing page. An email receipt will be sent to you upon billing. Note: All transactions show as Centrexity LLC.

Listings:
            Listings that violate the terms will be removed from our system with or without notice. Listings are only listed for thirty days unless renewed. Listings are up for renewal three or more days before removal.

Cancellation:
            Cancellation can be done at anytime through our web panel. All payments made will not be refunded or credited.

Refunds:
            There are no refunds.

Accounts:
            Accounts are subject to close with or without notice if terms are violated. Accounts will close if payments are later than 7 days. Accounts and all listings associated with them are removed if there has been no logins for 40 or more days.

Taxes:
            bestorlandorealty.com shall not be liable for any taxes or other fees to be paid in accordance with or related to purchases made from bestorlandorealty.com. Customer agrees to take full responsibility for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with such products sold.

Age:
            The customer certifies that he or she is at least 18 years of age, or that their parent or legal guardian will act as the “customer” in terms of this contract.

Disclaimer

bestorlandorealty.com is used at your own discretion. bestorlandorealty.com and/or affiliates make no express or implied representations, warranties, or guarantees. bestorlandorealty.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of bestorlandorealty.com is done at your own discretion and risk, you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the downloaded or use of any bestorlandorealty.com materials. You agree to indemnify and hold bestorlandorealty.com and its suppliers, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees harmless from any and all claims and demands including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, affiliates solicited information, your publicly posted information.

Indemnification

            Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold bestorlandorealty.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, ("Liabilities") asserted against bestorlandorealty.com, its agents, its customers, servants officers, associates, affiliates and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by Customer,its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless bestorlandorealty.com against Liabilities arising out of but not limited to
          * any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with bestorlandorealty.com
          * any material supplied by Customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
          * copyright infringement;
          * any defective product which was sold on bestorlandorealty.com.

Contract

            Revisions to this contract/terms of service will be applicable to previous contracts. Revisions will be considered agreed to by the customer use of bestorlandorealty.com. Customer may not transfer this contract without the written consent of bestorlandorealty.com. These terms of service constitute the entire contract and understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to these terms of services thereto are agreed to by the both parties upon usage of services.
